Accuro are a transcription agency providing tech-driven transcription solutions to clients in the medical, legal, scientific, academic and translation industries. They hired me in 2019 to provide SEO training and management for their in-house team, with the ultimate goal of bringing all digital marketing in-house.

This was accomplished over the following year through monthly coaching and remote management & coordination of the team, although the coronavirus pandemic saw my continued employment with the company in a managerial and support capacity for an additional year.
