Zero Waste Club

Zero Waste Club are a B2B manufacturer and distributor of eco-friendly consumer goods. After the company’s foundation, they employed me to run PPC ad campaigns on Google Adwords to help establish and grow the company.

I began with a detailed keyword research document and research into all likely negative keywords, then moved on to creating and populating single-keyword ad groups which were monitored in real time via Geckoboard. Successful ads were iterated and unsuccessful ones were removed to conserve budget and provide a constant progression towards optimal ad design for ZWC’s needs. Bid amounts were set at the individual keyword level to ensure the best possible chances of capturing each click, and site visitors were retargeted in search, which added up to a clickthrough rate of 7.57% – extraordinarily high for an adwords campaign.
