Gomi Chargers

A sister company to Zero Waste Club, Gomi Chargers specialise in manufacturing portable mobile phone battery pack chargers made entirely from reclaimed and recycled materials. This was a technical and niche product with a particularly niche audience, so I recommended a social-media-driven campaign.

Using a paid social campaign meant that I could put together an audience that fit with Gomi’s brand and USPs – young, eco-conscious sustainability enthusiasts, who were also style-conscious, tech savvy and engaged on social media platforms. It might have seemed incredibly specific, but this audience actually consisted of around 10,000,000 people, which gave us a huge net to cast in terms of targeting and allowed me to optimize the campaign bidding strategy for lowest cost per conversion without losing too many conversion opportunities – which, in turn, kept CPA down and extended the client’s budget further.
