This combined approach was recommended after preliminary Adwords projections showed that it would be difficult to achieve the company’s KPIs through Adwords alone, leading to the simultaneous use of multiple ad campaign channels to achieve those goals. These campaigns focused on a number of “Hero” products and were targeted at business owners who were likely to become B2B customers, as well as individual households with values compatible with Zero Waste Club’s mission statement, making them likely customers for the B2C side of the business.
